what is this Other and why its consuming 1gb worth...any idea

 

 

and also did anybody upgrade the ipad mini to ios 7.0.3 successfully?

past lo epudina Jailbreak chesava...incase chesthe jailbreak chesinapudu backup chesi ippudu restore chesi untav so "Other" jailbreak data

Try deleting some old mails and Txt msgs this will help reducing the other size

Also try this 

 

• Launch iTunes and with the iOS device connected, uncheck things you want to sync, excluding apps
• Apply changes
• Re-enable the items you want to sync
• Apply changes again

same double click the home button open chesina apps anni cards la display avthay swipe them up to close the app
