Java emundi antaru Kani now a days java ki face to face req vastunnayi mostly with 1st round Skype as too much proxies ayyai so Akkade manaku most of rek filtering avutundi as we cannot go face to face unless it is within 200 miles . Scenario now a days in java is different than before
