that is web designer's role...normal ga online we van buy templetes..i am  programmer

not web designer ..that is a special section it self..

 

and more over ...we can get lot of templates on line or we can get it done remotely also 

 

if u want i can arrange some indian compaines...they will give it in 3 weeks ....from there i will convert them to java portal ani cheppu
