MBA undi kabatti masters quota lo you will be eligible...however ITU is under the scanners kabatti you might face a problem...also if there are lot of applicants this year in masters quota then adi kuda lottery system avvochu okkavela inko masters degree chesthey you can apply using that university only when you are graduated or about to graduate... also masters chesaka you will get again extra OPT especially if it is in a STEM category so my suggestion is : PREF1: try to learn new, easy technology and see if you can bag a job before your GA starts PREF2 : take up GA and apply for H1B... find a good employer for this whose is willing to showcase you for a internal project PREF3: complete GA and get another masters... do OPT.. file H1B

H1B is for future employment technically... so okkavela H1 vachina it wont be valid until OCT 2014...at that time your F1 status expires and your H1 kicks in... appudu you will have to deal with the situation in your school and explain them that you can't continue GA anymore...
