I'll wait for you to produce an eminently useful research paper by CNR Rao.. or references to him in  nano/graphene tech that is commercially successful.

 

There's a reason JNCASR is underfunded.. because it sucks. And there's no institute by the acronym CNRRI.. May be you confused it with RRI. I don't think CNR Rao is involved with RRI. 

 

What India needs is a handyman scientist, not a puritanist like CNR Rao.. Someone to build their own machines rather than wait for TFS, GE to provide them with the tools, so that they can sit up and dream their next experiment.

 

I understand that the role of researcher is to dream up experiments, but for Indians to stick to that traditional definition is economic suicide.
