bro.. u may not know. outskirts lo actual ga recent 3 to 4 months back tho compare cheskunte thaggipoyayi... but if u want to buy in ventures or gated communities or colonies or apartment complexes, you still have to shell out the same money as u wud've did 6 months ago. evaraina desperate ga ammeskovali ani decide aina vallu taggachemo kaani.. neeku ekkuva chotla rates thaggaledhu. but individual lands away from city aithe depreciate ayyayi in a range of 15 to 20%

last week vachhina..oka 1 week thirigina ..rate lu thagginai anta kada ante okkadu kuda Hyderabad la enduku thagguthai saar...Telangana impact em ledu mana daggara antunnaru...oka 10 %  fall ante oppukunta..nenu chusina areas lo..

 

nenu 6 months nundi choosthunna kondham ani, no use.... paper la em news vachina, valla rates vaallu chepthunnaru.... no change

2 new capitals ante ee roju UT chesi repu dabbulu bank transfer cheyyaru govt. ki... adi oka 10 to 15 years processs... tax holiday istharu oka 5 years, investments penchutharu from central government, private investors ni manchi allowances ichi encourage chestaaru.. itla oka paddathi prakaram capital build avtundi.. doesn't matter 2 or 3 or 4. the more the number, the more time it will take to achieve a proper capital. UT cheyyakunda max common capital petti oka 10 yrs governor kindha vestharemo.. because TG lo new capital build cheyyatam asalu chaala difficult, considering the backwardness and no big cities which are comparable to vizag/Vijayawada/ongole in the case of SA.

Sagar road with Outer Ringroad intersection daggara konu..or adibhatla ani next IT park aithundi...rates koncham control la unnai ippudu..7000-10000 range lo unnai per sq yd
