you have to understand that Sushma is just the women face of BJP and she doesn't really have much voice when making decisions regarding party policies. we have seen that clearly during Modi's promotion as PM candidate. she is one of the gang of four(Advani, chauhan, Sushma, Nitish)who tried to stop modi's elevation, but she couldn't succeed. So, she is not really a big threat. After the announcement she just issued statement that she accepts the elevation and gets along with modi. That is her range when it comes to making decisiosn. so she is not really a big threat.

Monna Modi hyd vachinappudu kuda he didn't stress much about TG formation. he just said state division should be done in mutually agreeable way, which may take atleast an year or two. Moreover, Modi needs somebody who can give him atleast 15 to 20 seats when it comes to forming govt. under NDA banner. So, he might take a chance to see how the election results will pan out. Modi may not support unequivocally for TG division.
