Position Summary The Contract Programmer, under the direction of the Business Admin Unit Manager, is responsible for programming new features as well as updating and enhancing the current functions for the CEB administrative systems. These tasks include creating new or enhancing the existing intranet pages, SQL Server DTS/ Integration Service packages or transactional email campaign system based on the internal system design guidelines, providing data by scripting queries or building report to support CEB business operations. Job Responsibilities/Essential Functions · Develop, test and implement codes for new or existing applications (MS Access, ASP, ASP.NET and .Net) · Script TSQL queries or design SSRS reports based on user requests and consultation from IT staff · Create new or enhance the existing SQL Server DTS/SSIS packages · Write technical documentation Qualifications: · Must have 5+ years’ experience in the analysis, design, hands-on development and delivery of web-based applications using ASP, ASP.NET and .Net(VB, C#) · Must have 4+ years’ experience in creating relational databases and stored procedures in a SQL Server environment · Must have 2+ years’ development experience in MS Access application development · Must have 2+ years’ development experience in SSRS report development · Knowledge of IIS, network and security issues Desirable Skills: Experience in SharePoint development.
