Caste, region, money etc, are built on the lines of insecurity.... especially in where village education prevails, no leader can bring people towards them without creating a sense of insecurity.. and their love towards that leader shows that people accept insecurity in their lives... JP is saying that you people vote for a society that never feels insecure, in India actually people are corrupt :police:
