But for this scheme to be even more successful, there needed to be a capital infusion in the regular sector so that wages can increase all over, and effective tax collection along with increase in tax rates for the money to circulate. Govt is the only organisation that can help poor people. The job of NGO should be to collect data and force govts to act on their report, if any. it is the way to improve our economy. Not just by building roads, and factories, where the already middle class and rich people will only benefit.
