Hi,
I have participated in Samsung galaxy contest with 100Bestbuy.com and paid Rs. 599/-.
After one week I got a call that I was one of 12 who won a gift and they said I just have to pay approx. 6000-8000 Rs. for many gifts like T-shirt watches etc. instead of Samsung Galaxy. I did not take any interest and cancelled this proposal and as it was a deal that if I won’t win I can redeem my credited amount 599/- so I went to their site to purchase a product and it was again asking for my card information and I could smell fishy so I called customer care representative, he said I cant redeem all the points in a single order and 10% would go from my credit points and rest will be deducted from my bank account and so that its asking for the card details. Oh… It was such a waste of my time and money.
The products are even expensive than market price.Guys just stop blindly participate in contests and avoid making payments without googling on complaint site, you will get enough information from there.
