How to deal with issue? will she have any problems?

Tdp14 Posted November 22, 2013 Report Posted November 22, 2013 u mean they need to go to visa stamping ? ur mother passport having ur mothers suranme thats what u saying right !!! its not a big deal if u want u can change to ur family name ...just like applying new passport with ur parents marraige certificate and ration card ....probabily if they want to attend visa it may cause problem with surname but i am not sure .. lets see if anyone face this type of situation

Get the ration card or author card in india as in ur passport 3... try to get current bill or bsnl bill as ur mother name in ur passport 4... affidivat any authorized lawyer can do ..not a big deal. PS:- talk to any agent first they may also help u or change ur passport is also chance but headache :( finally right path -> money thats the last and first option
