oka chinna doubt nuvvu local path enduku isthunnav?    share that folder and  try..  like  \\zeffron-pc\logs  for local debugging ..  i used to give permissions to NETWORK SERVICE to the logs folder which our service used to write..

permissions issue .please give the appropriate permissions or else what you could use the same folder where the web app is configured .
