naa Visa May 2014 varaku valid undi ... employer change ayyaka transfer pettukunna petition 2016 varaku vachindi ... ippudu nenu dec lo india plan chestunna .. maa HR gadu stamping ki vellalsina avasram ledu .. but make sure u get an updated i94 till 2016 ani annadu .. ee electronic i94 lo mana validity entha varaku ichadu anedi ela telustundi ..

 

also inko question undi .. naa passport 2015 lo expire autundi .. so naku ippudu 2015 varaku istada leka 2016 (naa petition validity) varaku istada ..

but second question ki I believe 2016 varaku ivvocchu, becoz passport expiry has nothing to do with his status within the US, logical ga athanu before his pp expires US back voste, 2016 varaku athani status still valid untadi kada, does it make sense..anyways its jus my approximation, lets wait for sum more replies.

now my question is new passport vachaka indiaki veltey with valid visa nenu malla visa interview ki vellala..
