I guess u are talking about Views. Give me the view name.

And also... most of these search records views are delivered.. which we dont touch. If you are talking abt any custom views.. send me the SQL to get some idea. then i can guide which record might causing issue or is there any way we can tune the SQL.

And also, did u get to talk to your DBA's?

Is it latest upgraded test environment? there are few things DBA's can do if it is latest fefreshed one...

yes iam talking abt delivered views which are being used as search records ankul, PSAdmin tho maku ekkuva relations and we cant go to him(due to internal politics) and even if we go, i think he may not be of much use.

TST env is latest upgraded env, data gets refresh like once in a month. we are having issues in DEV as well.

I will PM you the SQL view.

ala try chesa bhayya SQL lo security joins teesesi, but still its causing issue.

field paina lookup teeseste business vallu agree chestaaro ledo ani doubt, anyways I will try that and let my TL know.

one question, for some pages when we hit the lookup button without keying anything in the emplid field, its working fine in DEV but in Test env the page is getting timed out. What could be the reason ? is it something PSAdmin needs to be taken care of ??
