I guess u are talking about Views. Give me the view name. And also... most of these search records views are delivered.. which we dont touch. If you are talking abt any custom views.. send me the SQL to get some idea. then i can guide which record might causing issue or is there any way we can tune the SQL. And also, did u get to talk to your DBA's? Is it latest upgraded test environment? there are few things DBA's can do if it is latest fefreshed one...

Is it latest upgraded test environment? there are few things DBA's can do if it is latest fefreshed one... yes iam talking abt delivered views which are being used as search records ankul, PSAdmin tho maku ekkuva relations and we cant go to him(due to internal politics) and even if we go, i think he may not be of much use. TST env is latest upgraded env, data gets refresh like once in a month. we are having issues in DEV as well. I will PM you the SQL view.

FYI - at my client we dont use manual entry, so i didnt experience this. But good to know something throuh you. There are 2 things to be done.. #1 - Fix SQL as mentioned in Oracle ticket reported in below incident. #2 - Implement Lookup Exclusion table for this record. Incident details... An Incident 1658989000 is reported for this problem on 05/31/2007. Posted in HRMS 8.9 Bundle #13., Update id 689727. Fix Description: Modified SQL for TL_ADM_NAME_VW to use only Time and Labor security, for improved performance, and enforced at least one key on the search page (similar to JOB data search)

What could be the reason ? is it something PSAdmin needs to be taken care of ??
