Maa lanti bacha gaallakipanikosthadhi morning wake up Indian chai after 45 mins (bathing) banana + protein shake (ff milk) or tilapia, orange juice with pea protein or 2 slices of wheat bread with protein shake after 30 mins gyming after gym veg salad after 30 mins I will cook lunch mutton,lamb, ground turkey,shrimp. chicken, (6 days a week any one meat) at 6:00 PM protein (water) + friut or boiled vegtables or dyt plums or fringes at 8:30 dinner (meat cooked for lunch) 10:00 PM caesin protein with ff milk 12 ;00 friut grapes or anything rice brown, basmathi sunday afternoon desi buffet tuesday no training no meat nothing (jus restday) if u r missing any schedule have a gainer it gives 600 cal but take half 300 cal should be good. most important is legs because to build big body we need testosterone, if we do legs naturally our body produces more testosterone . naaku personally mutton, banans, eggs made huge difference ani feeling. use organic eggs and milk and fruit also.
