Heard  Food processing industry  or any other agro based industry is better in AP provided adequate power supply from the govt !

 

We have more agriculture and less marketing facilities . You might have heard of the incidents like farmers burning   their product due to the fact they have n't got minimum support price !

 

 

The post harvest losses of fruits and vegetables are estimated to be 25 to 40% amounting to more than 40000 crores...

 

middle class with purchasing power is around 250 - 300 million and value addition to agro products is less than 7%  !

 

Lot of scope for the industry to develop in India , current 8% percent share to estimated 35% by 2025...

Another one is cashew processing plant in and around Vizag because of lot of plantaions  , may cost less amount than a food processing or frozen food industry...
