but, will there be any issues with title registration, yearly renewal of registration, motor vehicle inspection, buying insurance??

There will be no problems except for the risk that u r taking in buying a salvage title. Not recomended!
The insurance rates will be comparatively high!

resale gurunchi alochinche ousram ledhu mama.......ippude almost half rate ki ostundhi.....insurance konemundhe we will talk to some insurance company. chusdam em antaro vallu.

we will get it inspected before we buy, and get the insurance quotes and then decide to go with or not.

okati mama salvage aina matrana konavaddu ani emi ledu....kani bandi ki ekkada accident aindo telusuko....if only body damage aindi..front side pedda ga impact kaledu ante konu.,....ledu engine side kooda baga damage ai replace chesaru ante matram not recomended..... unless if you want to use the vehicle for short term and just trash it.....
