cherlapalli_jailer Posted December 2, 2013 Author Report Posted December 2, 2013 :Tarun Tejpal, the prime accused in the Tehelka rape case, was taken to the Grand Hyatt hotel, which was the scene of crime during the ThinkFest conference by the magazine. The cops took Tejpal there to recreate the scene of crime. The Goa police, which has been given the custody of Tejpal for six days for interrogating him, was earlier taken for a sexual potency test. After several hours of examination, the potency tests turned out to be positive. However, Tejpal contested the charges of the young journalist, saying that the incident was consensual. Meanwhile, the young journalist who slapped Tejpal with rape charges alleged that the Ex-Editor-in-Chief of Tehelka along with the organization was cooking-up stories. She also alleged that Tejpal's family had also tried to intimidate and harass her after the Goa police filed a case against him.
