Not part of TG bill but before it goes to elections in 2014 it will announce the new capital so that it will gain some 2 to 3 MP seats and 20 to 30 MLA seats in that district. For example if Congress announce Guntur as the new capital it will ride hign in and around Guntur..

Lets see, but my feeling is that it will give TG, other wise TRS will support BJP in next elections and BJP will any way give TG. my personal feeling, even if congress gives TG, TRS should wait till 2014 election results and support the party whoever has majority in center. so that it will be easy to develop TG state.
