my personal feeling, even if congress gives TG, TRS should wait till 2014 election results and support the party whoever has majority in center. so that it will be easy to develop TG state.

This is exactly what congress doesn't want. Congress wants all the MP seats of TRS in it's bucket at any cost. Lets say TRS wins 7 seats.. If TRS supports BJP instead of Congress after elections then those 7 will go to BJP.. So +7 becomes -7.. net loss 14 seats for INC and net gain of 14 for BJP.. So congress by announcing TG wants the full advantage otherwise there is no use. 

 

Even if congress announces TG there is no guarantee that TRS will go with congress after elections.. So congress at any cost wants TRS to merge. Then only it will announce TG otherwise there is no sense announcing and still giving away half the seats to BJP..

anything can happen after elections.. no one can predict. TRS may support a third front.. TRS may support BJP.. TRS may support Congress from outside.. TRS may merge into congress.. It all depends on votes on seats.. so congress wants to close the deal now as they know that after elections it's every one's game..

at least if they give TG then they have some chances in TG. other wise they know that BJP will give TG which they dont want.
