What do you mean by INC releasing? Do you imply that INC controls CBI? If that's the case then may be INC asked CBI to put him in jail.

 

CBI completed the investigation and released him on bail. Infact most of the persons in financial crimes get bail before 6 months. Gali is still in jail because he tried to bribe a judge to get bail and that makes it impossible for him to get bail. otherwise he would have gotten bail by now..

Even BJP wants to wait and see.. I don't think there will be a prepoll alliance.. CBN tried enough times but BJP doesn't want to announce a prepoll alliance.. They know that TDP is very weak in the state currently..
