ahimsavaadhi1 Posted December 2, 2013 Report Posted December 2, 2013 1)First choose the right Consultancy 2)Attend the Interviews on behalf of the consultancy.. 3)Make sure you give ample joining Time 4)Ask them to file for your h1b Transfer under premium quota 5)Once your Transfer is approved, give the quit notice to the existing company.. 6)Mostly they wont give you the experience letters... if they give well and good. So collect the experience letters on one or some other pretext saying loan or blah...
