First car stopped all of a sudden and then 2nd car I think it hit first car and stopped and finally I bumped into the 2nd car As per Illinois state I'm responsible for the accident and my insurance company will do the liability for 2nd car. Akkada situation might not be injuries but probably neck pain as sudden hit can cause the nerves pain in body m head. I guess vaadu adi claiming anukunta...its possible. Good luck.
