I got a couple of jobs which didn't start after getting the PO. What are the options i have now to still apply for h1 visa? Evaranna na lanti situation undi apply chesara like inhouse? Meanwhile nenu monnane MIS ki inko Masters ki apply chesa nenu IL lo masters chesina Univ ki as they dont need my GRE/TOEFL scores and transcripts. Its a good univ and will not get CPT 1st two sem but i m fine..malla dokku univ ayite future H1 malla apply chesinappudu tension. Hopefully i get that i20 soon. 1. h1 expire ayyi i20 vache lopla oka 10 days padite in case nenu illegal ga unnatta? 2. what other options do i have to continue on h1 malla school join kakunda? 3. h1 expiry tavta emanna grace time untunda like 15-20 days to look for a job meanwhile and apply for extn. Market kuda baledu and last qrtr so i am worried . please help. thanks in advance 1

You still have time to do that, hurry up! If he says No to that, look for alternate employers there are many ppl who can do that if u r in usa Goodluck
mustang302 Posted December 4, 2013 Report Posted December 4, 2013 prathi visa ki naaku telisi 60 days/30 days grace period untadhi...but this doesnt mean..he can get back into status in that 30/60 days...he has to leave the country inbetween those days annattu..then hes not gonna get BANNED from USA or else hes gonna get banned for a min of 3/5/10 yrs...!! before grace period u suld change ur status or atlaest in the process of changing it...!!
