Naku 1st H1 ki client letter ledu..approved without client letter and got stamped in Vancouver without client letter...ala kuda no option

any job in line?

do one option is

apply in normal process around dec 27th then u will get RFE and time to reply and in the mean time if u get the job then u will get the client letter

or else need to manipulate...

 

then u will have time for atleast jan mon end

I agree with Legend.Nowadays H1 extension is taking  5 -6 months long for normal process.Find some employer and File H1.For details you go to trackit.com and see H1b filing and approved status.

better existing one (last/latest) win min Docs ...so that they may miss out asking for some documents,,

 

once RFE submit all the docs mentioned in RFE(only those)

 

normal course during RFE they only ask most important docs that r required

Idhi tappo right oo telidu... but mee vadu inhouse petti vadi location LCA petti regular lo cheyamanu... it will take min 2-3 months decision ravataniki... ee lopu neeku proj vasthe update cheyachu kada with new lca n docs...

first H1 apply chesinappudu LCA veru ...first job vere location...vere client

so my employer kept the LCA for 2 months and ran the pay stubs...then he moved my lca to new client place....and i moved my client in 3 mons ...and for past 115 mons i work not as per my LCA and i got Extention too...

 

now i requested to apply LCA with my present location..so that my stamping will not have any issues

 

BTW LCA is mainly to pay local state taxes

DOL audit ki vasthee neeku me employer ki band padtundhi..There is no such 3 months thing to LCA...
