Bestguy Posted December 4, 2013 Report Posted December 4, 2013 first H1 apply chesinappudu LCA veru ...first job vere location...vere client so my employer kept the LCA for 2 months and ran the pay stubs...then he moved my lca to new client place....and i moved my client in 3 mons ...and for past 115 mons i work not as per my LCA and i got Extention too... now i requested to apply LCA with my present location..so that my stamping will not have any issues BTW LCA is mainly to pay local state taxes Mee employer chesindhi correct kadhu ..But ne case lo ala cheytam best thing for you. he is helping you in this scenario..
