Eh 1 Stamping Question

Nenu H1 now from oct 1, wife H4 now but b4 marriage b1/b2. I was on CPT till 1st oct on F1

 

Nenu worked for 2.5 yrs on OPT and OPT extn. then h1 issues --CPT job-H1

 

(Fulltime direct employer) So now question enti ante is stamping safe in India as she was on b1/b2 b4 marriage. please advise if anybody had same situation.thanks in advance.
