Well no city in SA currently has sufficient infrastructure to be a capital like Hyderabad and the city has completely recovered from 2009 floods last time I was there in January.. When a city gets floods that means there's more water not less water..

 

FYI.. I am not from Kurnool. I just think that in Rayalaseema Kurnool has the best chances of getting a new capital or significant new investment.. Kadapa Anantapur are too rural and remote with limited water supply.. Tirupati - shouldn't be touched not to effect it's sacred city status..
