The pluses I see that are one more city in Seemandhra will develop and new investments will flow to Seemandhra..The new capital will be representative of Telugu people not turaka people.. Minuses.. Hyderabad will stagnate or go back.. 4 to 10 lakh employees moving out in the next 10 years will have a big big impact on the real estate.. Muslims will once again got a strong hold of the city.. Telangana people will see no real benefit.. They will celebrate now but really there will be no difference in their lives..
