Shouldn't that happen based on how money is spent rather than population ? When all the money has been spent on Hyd how is it fair for SA people to share the burden ?

Spending on roads and infrastracture means giving to SA leaders and businessmen ? Government would have called for tenders and some businessmen bid for them .. They paid taxes to Govt and they will continue to that to TG govt .. what is the role of SA people in all this mess ? Why should they bear the debt when TG Govt get the revenue
