The day it was filed to DOL(your perm), not to your lawyer, is your priority date. if the case was started in april and your lawyer filed with DOL in June then June is ur priority date... else if filed in april only, then april is your Priority date...

Because i transferred my H1B to Prime vendor and he is causing lot of troubles usually after 6mo of 140 approval antaru....but they can cancel your GC at any point of time...so nuvu employer change avagane vadu cancel cheste u will loose that! find a company who can do GC for you before you move to them, after your labor approval with the new company make your H1 transfer.

Once your 140 is approved that will be there. So you can use that date with any employer.

loveindia Posted December 7, 2013 Report Posted December 7, 2013 after 6 months of 140 approval u can use same pd with other employers... most ppl say that... but there were cases where ppl couldn't transfer the PD too... so it's like a 50-50 chance anytime...
