ye maaya chesave Posted December 8, 2013 Report Posted December 8, 2013 Performances: Ajith: Ajith was superb as usual,he was too good in first half were his character has a negative touch and also was dashing in hero elevation scenes. Though his fellow actors share considerable screen space ajith dominated with his screen presence. Others: Arya did an important role and he played his part very well. Nayanatara was quite good, Tapsee was okay. Rana played a short but important role . Mahesh manjrekar was perfect as main villain, Atul kulkarni,Kishore and Others were fine. Technical Departments: Story-Screenplay-Direction: Story is a tried and tested revenge formula one but vishnuvardhan narrated in a slight different way and he was successful in his attempt. Movie take off is very interesting and the entire episode of ajith/nayanatara trapping arya was good and also the small love track between arya and tapsee provided entertainment. As usual second half drags a bit because of routine flashback but it again picks up pace from pre climax. Climax was also fine. Other Departments: Dialogues were alright,Camera work was good, Songs by yuvan didn't had impact except the duet between arya and tapsee, background score was fantastic. Editing could have been better in second half. Action Sequences came out well. My Rating: 6.5/10 Analysis: Aata Aaranbham is a worth watchable stylish revenge drama . Ajith's screen presence and vishnuvardhan's screenplay worked well for the film.
