And on Saturday, it reached an ugly proportion when two Congress MLAs came to blows for the Cabinet berths in the august Assembly premises.Medchal MLA K Laxma Reddy, who is spearheading the signature campaign seeking Rosaiah to give Cabinet berths to first time MLAs, asked Bhupalapalli MLA Gandra Venkata Ramana Reddy to sign the memorandum. But Gandra refused to sign, stating that signature campaigns would not fetch the Cabinet berths and it was not the culture of the Congress. It angered Lakshma Reddy, who was till the other day was in the Telugu Desam Party. He entered ino a verbal duel with Gandra and it finally led to the MLAs holding each other by the collar after a heated argument. TDP MLA Prakash Goud pulled the warring Congress legislators aside.What does it indicate? The ugly Congress culture is back to its original form, right?
