it depends from person to person. mee daggarilo unna nutrient ni kalavandi. mee body weight, height anni measure chesi he will suggest the best things.

Enduku man waste ikada already $2000 booka, etukuna... i know what exercise to do how to do .. but the problem is in kitchen .. what food, how much food and wat time anedii kavala...

incline bench leg raise 4 sets with 50 reps and crunches 4 sets with 30 reps  each......evi def ga cheyyi roju.....will work good for u

endi macha each set of inclined leg rise 50 na antey u mean 4*50? And daily ?abs not more than 3 days in week chyakudadu telusa? Proper form radu..
