I am good macha ... nadi max 2 days in week inclined leg rise 3 reps of 15 each .. hanging leg rises 4 sets 15 each and twists of 200 this works for me but problem is with food I am not sure what to add and what to remove and how much quantity. ..

Ankul .. Fat ane muchhata raaniyyaku daily food lo and alcohol certain period complete ga maani10gu... As someone Said earlier ...
Egg whites omelette or with wheat bread.. Oats .. Non fat milk.. And lunch /dinner ki nenaithe turkey/chicken slices with veggies.. Night 10-15 egg whites .. Madhya lo sweet potatoes broccoli .. Nuts/almonds .. Chicken chicken chicken etc
