Naa gym aipoye time 9 man 9:30-10 atla teeskunta.. Nenu padukonedhi 1 ki.. I am okay with that ankul :)

I don't see any reason ankul.. Night time lo heavy food/sweets/ high calories teeskoadhu adhokkate follow autha.. 15 egg whites thinna ochedhi 280 cal.. Which is not heavy

Spot reduction kastam......Do burpees,Mountain climbers,Jumping ropes in short bursts......You dont need equipment for........These are good for cardio and strength training at same time..... Food kuda 1800 calories kanna ekkuva vundalidadi if we want to reduce........Pyna chepinave chesthe oberall anni taggutaay.....Vrunches,Leg raises amni flat stomach vunna vallaki better........Baredu potta vunte paniki raavu

agreed but soon after workout with in 40 min it's ok bcaa are plenty in eggs so helps to restore lost muscles ..

egg whites tho patu cheese ..like cottage cheese alantivi tesukovachu but only egg whites are not reccomandable...

generally digestive system problems vosthayi antaru...morning afternooon..prework out time lo good..

101% correct spot reduction is never possible according to me except for glutes...

bell peppers and fat free cheese vesukoni tinu heat antey elaga? Burn while urinating? Or pimples? Drink 1.5 to 2 gallons or water every day...
