Ankul .. Fat ane muchhata raaniyyaku daily food lo and alcohol certain period complete ga maani10gu... As someone Said earlier ...
Egg whites omelette or with wheat bread.. Oats .. Non fat milk.. And lunch /dinner ki nenaithe turkey/chicken slices with veggies.. Night 10-15 egg whites .. Madhya lo sweet potatoes broccoli .. Nuts/almonds .. Chicken chicken chicken etc

India lo vuntanu bhayya....Office lo ilantivi not allowed ......Alcohol manesa....morning oats thintunna.....eemadhya early morning jogging start chesina....afternoon 2 chapathi......night malla oats...idhi chalu kadha....
