Indian ante only home food...Rice only 6-7/10 meals.. inka office lo nenu standing desk veyinchukunna...with adjustable desk....so most of the time nunchoni pani chesta... and office lo na work most of the times tirgadame...oka 2-3 floors up and down kottali 10-15 times minimum..lift avoid chesi..steps vadta same from last 3 years....no gain no loss.. antaku mundu slim built body..so alage continuing.. No non-veg..no Mandu drinking..it helped... Last line okati chalu.. Nen workout start cheyyali vayya...

Chapti is good man..grains food..always helpos

You can get sugar hereditary, if any body in your family is having... for this you don't need to do any thing. only thing you have to wait. 2. Have more tensions as much as you can, don;t follow any dietary discipline, don't take food at right timings take sweets, junk food, take more stratch foods like potatos, beetroots.. etc... you may have better chances to get early diabetes... PS: you can workout to get ride of pot belly, but once you got diabeties, no chance of cure... life long you have to be on medicine... be carefull... I wish you not luck
