no cricket..regular ga junk food avoid chesta...Pizza weekly once ante..

 

Indian ante only home food...Rice only  6-7/10 meals..

 

inka office lo nenu standing desk veyinchukunna...with adjustable desk....so most of the time nunchoni pani chesta...

 

and office lo na work most of the times tirgadame...oka 2-3 floors up and down kottali 10-15 times minimum..lift avoid chesi..steps vadta

 

same from last 3 years....no gain no loss..  antaku mundu slim built body..so alage continuing..

 

No non-veg..no Mandu drinking..it helped...
