Dani tho patu....no fatty foods...like goat beef or pork....and no reg home oil....only olive oil vadutunna....daily morng ..bf ...oat meal pakka...apple bannana...afternoon ....grilled chiken or fish along with salads....evng ...La fitness..

bane chesthunnav kada keep going .. oka 3-4 months ki baga affect chupisthadi.. ATB
