if u can afford, kompally lo villas 3br range lo unnayi....prices almost half ki ammesthunnaru due to this telangana godavas....so get in

real estate thaggindi but ekkuva days undadu... TG separate aina kakapoina peruguthundi so kompalli or hitechcity side or inka manchi deals antey UPPAL or VANASTHALI PURAM lo kooda koni pettukoo better, janaalu peruguthunnaru but boomulu peragatledu kadhaa

Buying ki right timeaa kada anedi we will never know. It all depends on how Hyderabad will hold up after the division. 90% of projects in and around Hyderabad are on hold and the buyers in the market are people who want a 50L apartment for 30L that really want to take advantage of the situation.2010 rates meedu oka 15 to 20% down unnayi prices.. They may further go down or go up we will never know but onething for sure don't trust TG people who are trying to put up a bold face by saying nothing will happen to Hyderabad after division..

Yeah. nenu kooda ade cheputunna..HYD vishayam ki vaste TG vallu emi kaadu prices em taggavu HYD ki emi kaadu antaru.. but really even they don't know anything..

 

TG vallu nijamgaa HYD lo oka 20% kooda undaru.. vallu kooda majority konni areas lone unnaru.. so vallaku real estate meeda anta pattu ledu.. just they are trying to put up a brave face..
