It all depends on how Hyderabad will hold up after the division. 90% of projects in and around Hyderabad are on hold and the buyers in the market are people who want a 50L apartment for 30L that really want to take advantage of the situation.2010 rates meedu oka 15 to 20% down unnayi prices.. They may further go down or go up we will never know but onething for sure don't trust TG people who are trying to put up a bold face by saying nothing will happen to Hyderabad after division..
