Shamshabad airport,Hitech city and Metro Rail  etc are built in private-public partnership.The Govt gave only land as investment and the private parties have invested in the projects..the government  will get percentage in profits and also gets taxes from these projects

So question of paying up any loans does not arise at all !

 

FYI even outer ring road,flyovers in Hyderabad and other infrastructure are built with loans and assistance from world bank,Japan and other countries.They will be paid off by TG government /Huda.
