This case is clearly a game between consular offices of India and US. the US state department is dragged into it for convenience.

 

human trafficking ani ee case ni cheppi, don't dilute the seriousness of real human trafficking. Its unlikely anyone gets minimum wages as per New York laws as a maid from India. Inthaku mundhu evarni arrest cheyyaledhu enduku (ee minimum wage issue meedha)? 

 

The case is quite clear. US violated international law and good trust by arresting a consular staff. US reaction was probably calculated to inflict humiliation on Indian consulate and by extension India.. to show its place perhaps.

 

Looks like its working, given the number of people actually think Devyani did something wrong.

 

In geopolitics there's a sacred law, that precedes the local law for all proud green card holders and US citizens... DO NOT TOUCH A DIPLOMAT, EVER.
