Well, they can be arrested, if they do something illegal. But i am sure, indian government has no guts to do such things, which will be like self goal.

People like u can demand, but India cant do anyyhing on them based on gay laws. PERIOD.

 

India can do whatever it wants according to its law. Its law says that being gay is punishable.

 

Although India has never used that law against its own citizens, technically it can use it to exploit the situation and piss US off.

 

Whether they'll do it or not, is another issue.
