keko__keka Posted March 28, 2010 Report Posted March 28, 2010 That the cold war between the camps of chief minister K Rosaiah and Kadapa MP Y S Jaganmohan Reddy is simmering was once again evident from their visit to Krishna district on Sunday. Both Rosaiah and Jagan were to participate in the condolence meeting of former deputy chief minister Koneru Ranga Rao at Gudavalli in Krishna district. In a strategic move, Jagan came to Vijayawada on Saturday itself and ensured that his camp would accord him an unprecedented welcome. There was a huge crowd mobilisation from airport to the guest house at Vijayawada and he was showered with petals. Naturally, it was given an extensive coverage by the electronic media. On Sunday, Rosaiah’s camp did the same. He was given rousing reception at Gannavaram airport and the Congress workers and leaders competed with one another to garland the chief minister. In a bid to avoid embarrassment to Rosaiah, the local Congress leaders saw to it that he reached Gudavalli a couple of hours late By the time Rosaiah reached the village, Jagan had already paid tributes to Koneru and left the place. Thus, they could not see eye to eye, much to the relief of the Congress leaders. !q# !q# !q# !q# !q#
