HIndus tolerant levels padipotunaay day by day  if indian muslim turn as sleeper cell and carry out explosion..........This is 21 century.......You cant expect  to have 8Th century saudi laws in modern india..........If indian muslims really have problem......They should appeal pak or bangladesh or saudi or any other country for citizenship and get the ** out of india........

I dont agree on this bhayya.........You either obey law of land which is feasible on common grounds for all communities in india or get the fuck of my country...............If you allow for muslims..........some other peopl demand for it.....It goes on

Its their country too.. not just urs.

 

also, sharia has been practiced and perfected and lots of lessons learnt along the way for 800 years (I think). No other community has that kind of long experience with self administration.

 

That's why Muslims should be allowed to have Sharia. I don't think anyone else will ask for similar separate laws. Others don't simply have their own written laws, and its very hard to write them now and convince others in their community that it is better/fairer than the common law in India.

 

It is Hindus' responsibility to draw enforceable boundaries in their political interactions with muslims. It makes a lot of sense to give them that freedom. 

 

As far as inter religious interactions go, it takes two hands to clap. Hindu should only extend the hand as much as the muslim does.

Okay as per you.....Muslims ke sharia law iplement chesaru anukundham........They would chop hands for petty robbery...........Girls under age 40 should not walk alone without some one along with them....Just exaple ke cheptunaa....taruvatha christians wants law as per bible............mana dantlo dalits like kanche ilaiah demands beef to be openly served.......Dalits want separate law as they dont feel as hindus after all these years discrimination............Northeastern states wants few laws as per their tradition...........so do you still think we need to separate penal code for individual sections....do you think its practical????

Christians are not stupid to want laws according to the bible.. At most, they'll want the power to prosecute gays among their midst. They'll also lose bragging status of being most progressive community in India that they pride themselves on. So they won't take that risk.

 

Openly serving beef.. what's wrong with that? If its dalit's tradition to eat beef, who is anyone to restrict them from doing so? Dalits don't feel they are muslims/christians too.. they can feel whatever they want to. They will have no problem following the common law (which doesn't criminalize beef consumption, but only cow slaughter in some states).

 

Northeastern states are so cut off from india, that Indian central govt has no moral right to tell them anything, really. They were left at China's mercy.. Just read about what Kiren Rijiju, an arunachal MP, says.

 

I think its very practical to let India show the world the way on how to manage and govern multi cultural societies smoothly.. No western country has managed it until now. Forcing all communities to follow common law only increases the minorities anger towards the mainstream society. Importing fairly well to do drones from 3rd world countries and bragging about diversity is silly. India doesn't have that luxury.

as per you the concept of unity in diversity doesnot exist........we will be back to princely states before 1947.......even country like vietnam can threaten us!!!

Muslims already have personal law for civil cases. Extending it to criminal cases will require a lot of work, but can be done. And is a good idea.

 

Also to make Muslims completely responsible for their own future, Hindus should let their control over how muslim society is governed. And should only negotiate inter religious disputes with a firm hand as the defacto majority.

Not all minorities baa sikhs,parsis,bhuddists etc veladaru baane vuntaaru.......Problem comes with these abrahamic religion followers.....who beleive in their god and their prophet and blindly criticise the rest of people who dont follow their religion...........They feel responsible to spread their message...........Christians koncham better janlaki help chestaaru............Christian countries lo democracy ke value vuntaadhi.....anduke turaka countries inka backward gaa vunaay!!!
