Here is the deal of EROS International with 14 Reels for 1 (Nenokkadine) film. You might be aware that 1 was extensively shot in London and Belfast (Ireland). 14 Reels production house has filmed Mahesh Babu’s 1 in Hollywood range by having high quality action sequences. Since EROS is a listed company in UK and USA, the concerned officials came to know about the stardom of Mahesh Babu and the grand setting of the film 1. Since they have been looking to get into the regional cinema with films that match the international standards, they have picked 1 as their entry project in Telugu. EROS international has bought the entire film for a huge amount outright. However, it is 14 Reels that is going to look after the release and distribution. The profits made after recovering EROS International investment will be shared 50:50 among 14 Reels and EROS. It is learnt that EROS International’s role in this movie is limited to investment, but the production, distribution and publicity will be taken care of by 14 Reels who have done an excellent job in promoting Dookudu and making it a humongous hit. We are going to see EROS name either as presenter or in association with in all future publicity material of 1. Other details are awaited!!
