food gurunchi chala undi bro...simple ga seppali ante ee kinda items every week lo atleast 2 times undali.

 

1. spinach - eat as much u can.

2. carrots - eat more concept. dont boil them.

3. brussels - eat more.

4. salmon, tuna - 2 times a week.

5. chickpeas, oysters - atleast once a week.

6. peanuts, chicken, egg yolk, tofu, yogurt, whole grains, lentils..........

vitamin E - atleast 1000 IU in your case. if you did not eat green vegitables much in the past 60 days, eat 2 capsules per day in the begining. slowly come down to 400 IU......your thammudu also get benefit with this.

Jason shampoo vaadu, nenu adi almost 1.5 yrs nundi vaduthunna, hairfall taggindi naku…aa shampoo amazon lo aina, whole foods lo aina dorukutadi…made in NY. try cheyyii..chemicals undavu..

Have a scoop of whey protien... And do little work out
Nothing in the world has more protien than in whey protien .. Not even in chicken

Also excersise will keep blood circulation in your scalp which will keep hair healthy

This is my personal experience and I have no hair fall after regularly doing this

Gym is better if time doesn't permit buy a Yoga ball at home ..u can do a number of fitness excersises ... Take whey protien according to the amt of calories you are going to burn .. Follow directions ...
Whey protien in my experience will give ur daily need of protien that's needed for your hair

My colleague suggested me Sci-Max whey protien .. Not sure if that's available in US
