what place you live?

If it is cold place may coz of room heaters, room lo cool mist humidifier vadu

go for very short hair cut possible 0 clippers , then use good moisturizer to hair.. i did it 1 month back and feeling better

ANy suggestions bayya for good Moisturizer?

Bro.....nenu last 2 years nundi ee db lo and vere forums lo ee issue gurunchi choosa....avanni choosi nenu neeku ee kindi points advice iyyagalanu.

 

1. Stop using shampoos everyday. Use them once in 7 days. for your case use baby shampoo, it will not have too many chemicals. This will tremendously stop hair fall by 60% immediately.

 

2. Dont use any oils on hair.

 

3. dont use any conditionars or hair gels.

 

4. Buy a shower filter and assemble it to your bathroom shower. It's useful for NY, NJ, midwest, west area people very much.

 

5. Take Zn, Vitamin E, B complex supplements...you will see awesome results.

 

6. Dont ever do hair cut in shops like franchise one. go to local shops where the utensils are clean.
